요약

정보통신의 기술과 웹의 발달로 인하여 사회 전반의 활동이 온라인상의 사이버로 전환되고 있다. 교육에서도 많은 연구를 통해 웹에서의 교수ㆍ학습 활동이 설계 및 구현되어 운영되고 있으며, 그에 따른 평가의 방법에 관한 연구도 진행 중이다. 하지만 웹에서의 평가 방법에 관한 연구들은 평가에서의 일부분 즉, 단순한 형태의 형성평가나, 단답형, 선다형, 진위형에 그치고 있다. 또한 음악과 평가는 제7차 교육과정에서ㅕ 강조하는 목적지향으로서의 수행평가의 실시와, 예술교과로서 보다 객관성을 확보해야 하는 평가의 문제점을 가지고 있다.

이에 본 연구는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여, 먼저 음악과의 교육과정과 평가 기준을 통해 웹에서의 각 영역별로 평가를 위한 평가요소들을 추출하였으며, 웹을 기반으로 하는 평가 형태로 면대면 수업을 보조하는 웹 기반 교수ㆍ학습에서의 학습의 과정과 결과에 대한 성취도 평가로 선택하고, 그 성취도 평가의 방법 중 수시로 학습한 악곡에 대하여 시험을 치르고 그 자로가 포트폴리오로써 축적되어 학습자의 변화ㆍ발전되는 과정을 평가할 수 있도록 하기 위해 시험과 포트폴리오를 접목하여 활용하였다. 이러한 내용 설계에 따라 웹 기반 음악과 평가시스템의 구조적 구성, 데이터베이스 및 화면을 설계하고 그 설계에 더하여 시스템을 개발하고 구현하였다. 또한 가창 영역에 대하여 개발ㆍ구현한 시스템을 적용하여 검증해 보았다.

ABSTRACT

As the technology of information and communication, and internet has been developed, the activities of whole society are moving into the cyber world. The online teaching-learning activity has been designed, realized and operated through extensive research in education area. The research about the method of evaluation is also progressing. However, the research about the method of web-based evaluation is just staying around simple types such as, formative evaluation, short answer type, multiple choice type, and true or false type.

Especially, although the 7th National Curriculum is emphasizing the object-oriented performance evaluation which measures and evaluates the change and development of student in the course of teaching-learning, not evaluates just the result of teaching-learning, the existing studies cannot reach the level.

Also, the evaluation of music course tends to be subjective because of its artistic characteristics. Thus, it has to secure the objectivity of evaluation.

To solve these problems, this study designed and realized the web-based evaluation system about the performance evaluation of activity area in music course during the web-based teaching-learning course, and applied it to the singing area for verification.

First of all, the study extracted evaluation elements to evaluate each area in the web through the education course and evaluation standards of musical course. As a web-based evaluation type, it selected the evaluation of achievement about the process and result of learning during the web-based teaching-learning which supports classroom class. The study linked and used the test and portfolio to be able to evaluate the process of change and development of the student by testing musical composition learned often as the method of the evaluation of achievement, and accumulating the data as a portfolio.

According to the design of contents, it designed the web-based music and the structure and composition of evaluation system, database and screen. Furthermore, it developed and realized the system. Also it applied the system to the singing area for the verification purpose.

This study may suggest alternative for the situation that teaching-learning activity is difficult because of the shortage of musical class times in the school and it is impossible to measure accurately about the student’s learning development process and the result of learning. Also it is expected that the result from this study can be provided as critical data for the study about the web-based evaluation relating to the performance evaluation of practical test.
